Spectators: 7467 (Terracing: 5601, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Teodoro Souza kicked off to start the match. Erasmo Lekubegi made in the 5th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Edgar Guerra. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Souza during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 17 in the game by Marcelo Farias from a close distance when the talented Ramón Cosme managed to make a qualified save. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's players were relieved. Marcelo Farias had several of the SUPERSTAR - DMZ's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Ramón Cosme as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ramón Cosme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Napier went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Defensores de Lombroso's Godfredo Hibai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Souza in the 27th minute of play. Cesinha Torres hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. If Miguel-Angel Merentiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of SUPERSTAR - DMZ booed when Defensores de Lombroso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Buinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Augusto Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th match minute, SUPERSTAR - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Senna to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Defensores de Lombroso's Carolo Buinton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ramón Cosme. That made the score 4-0 after 47 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel-Angel Merentiel made a kick off. Santo Cordarrol made in the 57th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Marcelo Farias however managed to control. After a rather tough play, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Augusto Senna got a free kick in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the SUPERSTAR - DMZ defense, Miguel-Angel Merentiel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramón Cosme. The SUPERSTAR - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramón Cosme should have stopped the shot. Augusto Senna hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Lombroso's Miguel-Angel Merentiel got a free kick in the 77th minute. After some careless play in the SUPERSTAR - DMZ defense, Carolo Buinton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramón Cosme. The SUPERSTAR - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramón Cosme should have stopped the shot. After 84 minutes of play, Defensores de Lombroso's Carolo Buinton made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramón Cosme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ramón Cosme came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores de Lombroso's Marcelo Farias. But to his dismay, Marcelo Farias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0.
