Ramón Cosme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Casper Candries made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Adriano Sergipano sent off a good shot on target. Ivo Schellekens was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 22 minutes into the match. The supporters of SUPERSTAR - DMZ booed when Les Presidents FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivo Schellekens didn't get a good kick on the ball. The tension between the SUPERSTAR - DMZ and the Les Presidents FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 46 minutes, Jeroen Robijns managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Les Presidents FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeroen Robijns was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodoro Souza to strike the kick off in the second half. Les Presidents FC's Jeroen Robijns got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramón Cosme yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Samuca Cearense's late challenge caught a Les Presidents FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuca Cearense helped the player get up and apologised. Samuca Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Ramón Cosme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeroen Robijns in the 68th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Cesinha Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute of the match Willy Rouvroys sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramón Cosme skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeroen Robijns in the 83rd minute of play forced SUPERSTAR - DMZ's goalkeeper Ramón Cosme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramón Cosme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claus Jans in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Cesinha Torres got a free kick in the 87th minute. James Madison's late challenge caught a SUPERSTAR - DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. James Madison helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Les Presidents FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. James Madison hit a great ball. After 94 minutes, Luisão Vaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SUPERSTAR - DMZ and the Les Presidents FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Luisão Vaz got a free kick in the 94th minute. If James Madison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Les Presidents FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
