With a little luck, SE7EN's Viktor Berggren got control of the ball when Kevin Zenón tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Karl-Michael Lövkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SE7EN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Defensores de Lombroso the free kick. Karl-Michael Lövkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Toto Belmonte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasmo Lekubegi charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Lekubegi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erasmo Lekubegi kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Karl-Michael Lövkvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Godfredo Hibai. When Folke Klack fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SE7EN's protests and gave Folke Klack a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes SE7EN got a freekick which was hit by Folke Klack. Viktor Berggren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel-Angel Merentiel in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 53rd match minute, SE7EN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rutger Möllgren to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the game, Miguel-Angel Merentiel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Viktor Berggren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Godfredo Hibai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Isaksson in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Defensores de Lombroso's goalkeeper Godfredo Hibai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulrik Thorsberg. Folke Klack hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Axel Nyman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulrik Thorsberg got free with Godfredo Hibai in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Defensores de Lombroso booed when SE7EN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Nyman didn't get a good kick on the ball. SE7EN made a substitution. Sören Siggman replaced Kristian Forsberg. In the 80th minute, Axel Nyman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viktor Berggren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel-Angel Merentiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel-Angel Merentiel took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viktor Berggren. Viktor Berggren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 88th minute Ulrik Thorsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfredo Hibai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sören Siggman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Hibai having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
