The supporters of Les Presidents FC booed when NoWayOut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gökçek Koçaslan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 minutes of play, Les Presidents FC's James Madison made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gani Ruknettin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gani Ruknettin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ward Van Hinnendael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute of the match Les Presidents FC got a corner. NoWayOut's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ward Van Hinnendael ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in James Madison almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but NoWayOut's Gani Ruknettin did a great save. In the 30th minute, Jeroen Robijns made a precise shot to the right of Gani Ruknettin. NoWayOut's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Ward Van Hinnendael's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gani Ruknettin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. If Jef De Wit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Les Presidents FC's Jeroen Robijns ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gani Ruknettin. Willy Rouvroys could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Gani Ruknettin made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeroen Robijns in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gani Ruknettin saved NoWayOut from getting behind. 63 minutes into the game, Les Presidents FC's Willy Rouvroys nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gani Ruknettin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Gani Ruknettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willy Rouvroys, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute.
