Spectators: 7419 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 100) Derek Perry made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Bryan Rosenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bryan Rosenberg in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wlodzimierz Cwojdak saved Pogoń1945Staszów from getting behind. Derek Perry scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wlodzimierz Cwojdak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brice Carey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Mockiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Klement Januszewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pogoń1945Staszów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Leszek Ruzicki struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Brice Carey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pogoń1945Staszów. In the 20th minute Benedykt Mockiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brice Carey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Pogoń1945Staszów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedykt Mockiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Benedykt Mockiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brice Carey having to interfere. In the 30th minute Pogoń1945Staszów were awarded a corner. Benedykt Mockiewicz went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Benedykt Mockiewicz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Brice Carey quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Brice Carey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Klement Januszewski's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The Pogoń1945Staszów fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Pogoń1945Staszów's Klement Januszewski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedykt Mockiewicz in the 38th minute of play forced Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Brice Carey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Bryan Rosenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Cwojdak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedykt Mockiewicz was the one to do the kick off. Pogoń1945Staszów's Benedykt Mockiewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Petrasz came free, but Brice Carey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 59 minutes, Klement Januszewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pogoń1945Staszów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klement Januszewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute of the match, Leszek Ruzicki tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Brice Carey saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Key Biscayne FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Benedykt Mockiewicz scored to the left of an out of position Brice Carey, making the score, 1-3. 66 minutes into the match, Bryan Rosenberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wlodzimierz Cwojdak. Pogoń1945Staszów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bryan Rosenberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. If Leszek Ruzicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roderick Higgins hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Wlodzimierz Cwojdak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryan Rosenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Pogoń1945Staszów's Benedykt Mockiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brice Carey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. Brice Carey was a little too slow when Leszek Ruzicki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 3-6. Pogoń1945Staszów's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
