Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aurelio Pero made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo da Mata in the 10th minute of play forced Manantiales Fc's goalkeeper Conrado Martxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, César Terra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Conrado Martxot. César Terra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 16 minutes, Aurelio Pero made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. S S Palestra Italia's Remo da Costa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Flavio Arias came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Manantiales Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Arias couldn't finish the play. Remo da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Pero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conrado Martxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Paulo da Mata in the 27th minute of play. Remo da Costa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aurelio Pero went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. When Aurelio Pero came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Manantiales Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Pero couldn't finish the play. Remo da Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aurelio Pero's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. S S Palestra Italia's Remo da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Pero in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Luís Paulo da Mata made the kick off in the second half. Aurelio Pero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Remo da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fulgencio Rivas's late challenge caught a S S Palestra Italia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Rivas helped the player get up and apologised. Remo da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abel Marquez's late challenge caught a Manantiales Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 62 played minutes S S Palestra Italia got a freekick which was hit by Abel Marquez. 64 minutes into the match, S S Palestra Italia's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Segio came free, but Remo da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Manantiales Fc's Aurelio Pero got a free kick in the 70th minute. After 72 minutes of play, S S Palestra Italia's César Terra made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Martxot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aurelio Pero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Remo da Costa came out and tried to block the shot, but Aurelio Pero slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 81st minute. When Urbano Goren fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manantiales Fc's protests and gave Urbano Goren a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Manantiales Fc getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Urbano Goren hit a great ball. Luís Paulo da Mata scored 4-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Conrado Martxot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. S S Palestra Italia had won after a very even match.
