When Fabrizio Costacurta came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the CA Boca Jrs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabrizio Costacurta couldn't finish the play. After having played for 26 minutes, Federico Monaco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CA Boca Jrs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Monaco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabrizio Costacurta succeeded in the game's 29th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. After having played for 35 minutes, Flavio Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manantiales Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Arias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manantiales Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabrizio Costacurta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aurelio Pero to make the kick off. Nunez Segio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Federico Monaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Martxot having to interfere. The supporters of CA Boca Jrs booed when Manantiales Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Gauargi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Corrado Cicchetti was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 87th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 96th minute, Manantiales Fc's Aurelio Pero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Diego Tamburrini. Diego Tamburrini yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-3.
