Ermegildo Gora hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. União dos 7 FC's Caio de Moraes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CERPA. Joel Ortiz hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Jairo Saldanha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. União dos 7 FC's Luís Botelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Florinio in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Duarte de Almeida who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CERPA's Jairo Isauro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When União dos 7 FC's Duarte de Almeida in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CERPA's goalie prevented a goal. Romeo Florinio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Luís Botelho skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 44th minute, Duarte de Almeida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romeo Florinio made a kick off. After 51 played minutes CERPA got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Oinatz. Alexsandro Prestes kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, União dos 7 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Florinio came free, but Luís Botelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 played minutes, CERPA's Ermegildo Gora shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luís Botelho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CERPA reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Florinio in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Botelho saved União dos 7 FC from getting behind. Luís Botelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Florinio in the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Saldanha in the 76th minute of play forced CERPA's goalkeeper Jairo Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Florinio struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Luís Botelho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CERPA. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by União dos 7 FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arnoldo Micael was slow to take the kick. During this time CERPA's players had a chance to rest. When União dos 7 FC's Duarte de Almeida in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
