Spectators: 7450 (Terracing: 5589, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) Jonathan Eate started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mané Almeida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Errolan having to make a save. After some careless play in the Remedios SC defense, Jonathan Eate kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Eduardo Leão. The Remedios SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Eduardo Leão should have stopped the shot. After 16 minutes, Noel Couto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Remedios SC and the BulnesFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Remedios SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Couto to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Eduardo Leão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honorio Oliverios went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The BulnesFC fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when BulnesFC's Jonathan Eate looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ceferino Bibiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erasmo Baptista hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute Melchor Gaskon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Eduardo Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Eate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 40 minutes, Jonathan Eate managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BulnesFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Eate was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Abelardo Otsando came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the BulnesFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Otsando couldn't finish the play. After the first half BulnesFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Carlos Eduardo Leão was a little too slow when Jonathan Eate got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 56th match minute, Remedios SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Baptista to maneuver through the defense. When BulnesFC's Jonathan Eate in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Remedios SC's goalie prevented a goal. Hortêncio Matos made in the 66th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by BulnesFC's Adan Lorenz. 69 minutes into the game, BulnesFC's Jonathan Eate nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Eduardo Leão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Carlos Eduardo Leão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Eate's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. The supporters of BulnesFC booed when Remedios SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yan Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Eate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Carlos Eduardo Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Eate's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Eduardo Leão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jonathan Eate's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Eduardo Leão was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After some careless play in the Remedios SC defense, Jonathan Eate kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Eduardo Leão. The Remedios SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Eduardo Leão should have stopped the shot. Mané Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Errolan having to interfere. Carlos Eduardo Leão made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Jonathan Eate sent off a good shot on target. BulnesFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
