Spectators: 7582 (Terracing: 5687, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 151) CERPA's Romeo Florinio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. CERPA's Jairo Isauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikos Kalkavouras in the 4th minute of play. Jairo Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Kalkavouras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute Fanis Kokkinopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michalis Semos might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo Isauro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michalis Semos ran back to his position shaking his head. Jairo Isauro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giannis Tzanetos's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Romeo Florinio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ntinos Vlasakis having to interfere. CERPA's Jairo Isauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michalis Semos in the 19th minute of play. Romeo Florinio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ntinos Vlasakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th match minute, CERPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Arano to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Romeo Florinio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of ΟΦΗ booed when CERPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Quilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CERPA's zone, Sofoklis Stathatos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Isauro came out of the goal and Sofoklis Stathatos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jairo Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Tzanetos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michalis Semos hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The supporters of ΟΦΗ booed when CERPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Gipuzkoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairo Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fanis Kokkinopoulos in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giannis Tzanetos to make the kick off. The supporters of CERPA booed when ΟΦΗ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chatziioannou Liadelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ilias Lazanas fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΟΦΗ's protests and gave Ilias Lazanas a yellow card for diving instead. Fanis Kokkinopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Jairo Isauro made a huge save. With a little luck, CERPA's Jairo Isauro got control of the ball when Giannis Tzanetos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Chatziioannou Liadelis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jairo Isauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikos Kalkavouras, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. CERPA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ΟΦΗ for a fine match.
