LEBEG Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armin Borgatello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Arrigo Talone made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Vatan Akil sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fadıl Muhammed during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Vatan Akil kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arrigo Talone. That made the score 1-1 in the 69 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Alberto Cavanna managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEBEG Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Cavanna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aygün Koç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute Anthony Tonon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aygün Koç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LEBEG Team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
