The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carlos Alberto Mota hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Olívio Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Silveira in the 19th minute of the match. After some careless play in the OS IMPOSSIVEIS defense, Tostão Salles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frederico Pirani. The OS IMPOSSIVEIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frederico Pirani should have stopped the shot. In the 27th minute Gilberto Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olívio Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Los Bacanas FC booed when OS IMPOSSIVEIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fiori Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to OS IMPOSSIVEIS getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Igor Ramalho hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Célio Dionísio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Frederico Pirani. The goal made the score 2-0. Olívio Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fiori Mazza in the 37th minute of play. Elivélton Correia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Frederico Pirani came out and tried to block the shot, but Elivélton Correia slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 45th minute.

Olívio Arruda didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 53rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. In the 57th match minute, OS IMPOSSIVEIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessandro Saraiva to maneuver through the defense. Frederico Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Carlos Alberto Mota hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Gilberto Silveira could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Olívio Arruda however easily saved by the left post. Frederico Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elivélton Correia in the 71st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nilson Massa during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nilson Massa hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Osvaldo Falcão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, Los Bacanas FC could leave the field as winners, despite OS IMPOSSIVEIS having more of the ball for most of the match.
