Spectators: 7509 (Terracing: 5632, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mark Jarud kicked off to start the match. Mark Jarud had several of the Bispmotala BK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 5 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Christer Wallgren as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 12th minute, Saco FC's Frederick Burnell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Christer Wallgren. Christer Wallgren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 15th minute, Per-Olof Kjellberg had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Gunther Kullmann fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saco FC's protests and gave Gunther Kullmann a yellow card for diving instead. Bispmotala BK's Andreas Wennerström was substituted for Per-Olof Kjellberg. Saco FC:s Jannich Brolyng showed great skill when he stopped Claes Wall:s penalty. Visti Schiødt charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Visti Schiødt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Saco FC's Visti Schiødt got a free kick in the 20th minute. Mark Olsmann hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute Saco FC were awarded a corner. Frederick Burnell went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 39th minute, Andreas Wennerström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bispmotala BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rune Brandt to make the kick off. Saco FC's Klas Kamming got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 54 played minutes Saco FC got a freekick which was hit by Visti Schiødt. After a defensive mix-up in Saco FC's zone, Rune Brandt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jannich Brolyng came out of the goal and Rune Brandt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gunther Kullmann got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Brandt in the 62nd minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Mark Jarud cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Christer Wallgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andreas Wennerström came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jannich Brolyng could save by the left post. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Rune Brandt took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Jannich Brolyng to make any attempt to save it. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 4-3 when Rune Brandt sped through Saco FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jannich Brolyng. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Olsmann in the 80th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Jannich Brolyng successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Bispmotala BK getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Mark Olsmann hit a great ball. After 86 played minutes, Saco FC's Frederick Burnell shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Christer Wallgren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saco FC reached it. Jannich Brolyng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Utter in the 88th minute of the match. Andreas Wennerström was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. Bispmotala BK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 95 minutes into the match, Mark Jarud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christer Wallgren. Bispmotala BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mark Jarud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Saco FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bispmotala BK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
