Kléberson Soeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kléberson Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Jarud in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Saco FC's Marius Wielandt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Tiago Ortiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bandeca FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 34th minute, Frederick Burnell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute of the match David Prestes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jannich Brolyng showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Garcia in the 36th minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bandeca FC's Kléberson Soeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Bandeca FC from getting a goal against them. 47 minutes into the match, Bandeca FC's goalkeeper Kléberson Soeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederick Burnell. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Wielandt in the 62nd minute of play forced Bandeca FC's goalkeeper Kléberson Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kléberson Soeiro came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Saco FC's Frederick Burnell. But to his dismay, Frederick Burnell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Luiz Fabiano Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Saco FC's Roar Lingberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tomás Garcia in the 79 minute of the game. Jannich Brolyng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Gustavo Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bandeca FC were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Saco FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tiago Ortiz took the corner. With a little luck, Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng got control of the ball when Luiz Gustavo Couto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luiz Fabiano Cearense was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of Bandeca FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Saco FC:s goal. After a long run with the ball, Frederick Burnell did a trick in the 98th minute in front of Bandeca FC's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 5-2. An impressive performance by Saco FC's Frederick Burnell! For all the effort they put into the match, the Bandeca FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Saco FC.
