The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marvin Lilje charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marvin Lilje the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 5 played minutes F.C. København got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Lilje. Lauritz Bohacek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilmar Furlan in the 8th minute of play. Diamantino Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, F.C. København's Steen Georg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rafa Tavares. Rafa Tavares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. København's Lauritz Bohacek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Nilmar Furlan sped through F.C. København's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lauritz Bohacek. In the 29th minute Elias Valle suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After 29 minutes, Steen Georg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. København and the Bayern Lessa - u21 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bayern Lessa - u21's Germano Pontes was substituted for Elias Valle. Steen Georg kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Jose Brejnebøl hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 39 played minutes, Bayern Lessa - u21's Edvaldo Zonta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lauritz Bohacek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bayern Lessa - u21 reached it. In the 41st match minute, F.C. København was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iver Dastin to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute of the match Edvaldo Zonta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lauritz Bohacek skillfully saved the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Nilmar Furlan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Lauritz Bohacek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lauritz Bohacek came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Bayern Lessa - u21's Nilmar Furlan. But to his dismay, Nilmar Furlan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The F.C. København players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bayern Lessa - u21 were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Steen Georg was the one to do the kick off. Bayern Lessa - u21's Nilmar Furlan got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Leonardo Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cesinha Breckenfeld fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bayern Lessa - u21's protests and gave Cesinha Breckenfeld a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bayern Lessa - u21 getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Cesinha Breckenfeld hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Cesinha Breckenfeld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafa Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steen Georg in the 62nd minute of play. Nilmar Furlan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Lauritz Bohacek skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 69 minutes into the game, Steen Georg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Rafa Tavares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Andrea Brejnebøl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jose Brejnebøl took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafa Tavares. Rafa Tavares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. In the 88th match minute, F.C. København was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gynter Graudal to maneuver through the defense. Lauritz Bohacek was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Edvaldo Zonta. F.C. København's Lauritz Bohacek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Délio Sergipano in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Cesinha Breckenfeld ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lauritz Bohacek was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4.
