In the 3rd minute Steen Georg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslav Bartoš saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, FK Košíře Praha's Martin Kožnar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lauritz Bohacek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 11 minutes of play, FK Košíře Praha's Martin Kožnar made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lauritz Bohacek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ondřej Reiter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Lauritz Bohacek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miroslav Bartoš showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steen Georg in the 17th minute of the match. Martin Kožnar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Lauritz Bohacek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Martin Kožnar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 26 minutes, Martin Kožnar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Košíře Praha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Kožnar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miroslav Bartoš acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 32nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Rickard Vangshold. Martin Borovka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauritz Bohacek having to interfere. Miroslav Bartoš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steen Georg in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Brejnebøl got free with Miroslav Bartoš in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miroslav Bartoš showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marvin Lilje in the 39th minute of the match. If Ondřej Reiter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to F.C. København getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Mauritz Rea hit a great ball. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. København's goalkeeper Lauritz Bohacek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The supporters of FK Košíře Praha booed when F.C. København was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steen Georg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Greisager in the 62nd minute of play forced FK Košíře Praha's goalkeeper Miroslav Bartoš to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miroslav Bartoš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrea Brejnebøl, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute, Jose Brejnebøl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miroslav Bartoš was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. 68 minutes into the game, Sonni Djordjevic was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C. København's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Košíře Praha the free kick. In the 68th minute, Sonni Djordjevic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miroslav Bartoš showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steen Georg in the 72nd minute of the match. When F.C. FK Košíře Praha's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
