Spectators: 7583 (Terracing: 5688, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 151) Steen Georg made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, F.C. København's Sonni Djordjevic got a free kick in the 6th minute. After having played for 6 minutes, David Crețu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gyepüpataka's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Crețu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gyepüpataka's Petrică Vorniceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steen Georg in the 13th minute of play. Petrică Vorniceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steen Georg, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Tudor Lăzan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Jose Brejnebøl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute of the match David Crețu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lauritz Bohacek skillfully saved the ball. In the 25th minute of the match Mauritz Rea shot from a long distance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steen Georg in the 36th minute of play forced Gyepüpataka's goalkeeper Petrică Vorniceanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jose Brejnebøl in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petrică Vorniceanu saved Gyepüpataka from getting behind. In the 39th minute Denis Pășcuțoiu suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Jose Brejnebøl fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. København's protests and gave Jose Brejnebøl a yellow card for diving instead. Gyepüpataka's Ovidiu Anisie was substituted for Denis Pășcuțoiu. Jose Brejnebøl kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, F.C. København's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Lăzan came free, but Lauritz Bohacek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iacob Mahonea hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

København's Sonni Djordjevic was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
