Spectators: 7559 (Terracing: 5670, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 151) NovaStella FK's Sven-Åke Hellström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Leon Piechna fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LEGIA Bielany's protests and gave Leon Piechna a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of NovaStella FK booed when LEGIA Bielany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Piechna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcin Bulka came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by NovaStella FK's Sven-Åke Hellström. But to his dismay, Sven-Åke Hellström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marcin Bulka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erling Hellkvist in the 7th minute of the match. Wiktor Kochowski struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Patrick Almkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LEGIA Bielany. Marcin Bulka came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by NovaStella FK's Erling Hellkvist. But to his dismay, Erling Hellkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Leon Piechna put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Patrick Almkvist. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hans Hellström during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of LEGIA Bielany booed when NovaStella FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Hellström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th match minute, NovaStella FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Hellström to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izydor Wasikowski in the 29th minute of play forced NovaStella FK's goalkeeper Patrick Almkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcin Bulka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erling Hellkvist in the 33rd minute of play. Edgar Kossakowski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Patrick Almkvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 40 minutes into the game, NovaStella FK's Erling Hellkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcin Bulka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Edgar Kossakowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Patrick Almkvist made a huge save. Wiktor Kochowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wiktor Kochowski was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to LEGIA Bielany getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Olgierd Matuch hit a great ball. Leon Piechna kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Pat Us kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match Sven-Åke Hellström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcin Bulka skillfully saved the ball. When Leon Piechna came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the LEGIA Bielany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Piechna couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Daniel Hellström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Izydor Wasikowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Edgar Kossakowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Almkvist. NovaStella FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Kossakowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After 78 played minutes NovaStella FK got a freekick which was hit by Erling Hellkvist. Olgierd Matuch's late challenge caught a NovaStella FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olgierd Matuch helped the player get up and apologised. With an all-out effort, NovaStella FK's Marcin Bulka threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sven-Åke Hellström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Edgar Kossakowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The NovaStella FK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
