Leo Puncet hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Oylimpiamos Ψ's Patricio Salazano got a free kick in the 12th minute. After 18 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Salazano. Santi Villafranca charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santi Villafranca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 22 minutes into the match, Oylimpiamos Ψ's goalkeeper Martxelin Pereta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anton Bergren. Martxelin Pereta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anton Bergren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Martxelin Pereta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Axel Bröms in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to NovaStella FK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Mikael Duset hit a great ball. Martxelin Pereta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anton Bergren went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Karl-Axel Bröms made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Oylimpiamos Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardino Antigua to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the game, Anton Bergren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Martxelin Pereta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karl-Axel Bröms sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the NovaStella FK defense, Gutierre Avina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Almkvist. The NovaStella FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Almkvist should have stopped the shot. If Anton Bergren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Salazano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Patrick Almkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Axel Bröms recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oylimpiamos Ψ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
