The supporters of Olivedos booed when Soflov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Romano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Fabiano Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Atilano Elia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Sampaio in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Olivedos's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Cutberto came free, but Víktor Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 played minutes Olivedos got a freekick which was hit by Dário Viana. In the 13th match minute, Soflov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Cai to maneuver through the defense. Atilano Elia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edson Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Mauricio Primeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 played minutes, Olivedos's Antônio Carlos Valadares shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Atilano Elia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Olivedos reached it. Antônio Carlos Valadares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atilano Elia having to make a save. Víktor Mineiro was a little too slow when Esteve Cutberto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. After some careless play in the Soflov FC defense, Nando Sampaio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atilano Elia. The Soflov FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilano Elia should have stopped the shot. Gilberto Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Olivedos's Edson Mendes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atilano Elia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Dário Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Antônio Carlos Valadares notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Soflov FC's Atilano Elia. Atilano Elia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Atilano Elia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Carlos Valadares in the 43rd minute of the match. Soflov FC's Mauricio Primeiro got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Mauricio Primeiro off the ground. In the 48th minute of the match Antônio Carlos Valadares shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Atilano Elia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Soflov FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Olivedos were winning 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edson Mendes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Edson Mendes notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Soflov FC's Atilano Elia. Atilano Elia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 66th minute Baldomero Jaunzuria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víktor Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antônio Carlos Valadaress short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Atilano Elia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 78th minute, Inocencio Romano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atilano Elia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Carlos Valadares in the 81st minute of the match. Edson Mendes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atilano Elia having to make a save. Zézinho Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Dário Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the match was over Olivedos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Soflov FC throughout the match.
