The referee ignored OSASCO FC's protests and gave Luís Pontes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, OSASCO FC's Luís Pontes got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Zayvion Calzada made a precise shot to the right of Luciano de Carvalho. OSASCO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 16 played minutes OSASCO FC got a freekick which was hit by Hamílton Sanches. Luís Pontes hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. OSASCO FC's Luciano de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zayvion Calzada in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, João Francisco Arce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OSASCO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Internacional Pechofrío the free kick. The supporters of Internacional Pechofrío booed when OSASCO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Francisco Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luciano de Carvalho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After 82 minutes, Zayvion Calzada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Internacional Pechofrío and the OSASCO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Internacional Pechofrío getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Zayvion Calzada hit a great ball. Luciano de Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zayvion Calzada in the 86th minute. After 89 played minutes Internacional Pechofrío got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldo Olave. Didi Nóbrega might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Johans Morea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Didi Nóbrega ran back to his position shaking his head. Johans Morea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Didi Nóbrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
