Boca Juniors's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Adan Grabiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Txeru, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 25th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Dimas to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Ignacio Oto made a precise shot to the right of Valentin Efren. Chelsea Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 37th minute Augusto Hotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Grabiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Txema hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Camilo Gasteiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adan Grabiel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Adan Grabiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Gasteiz in the 47th minute of play.

Ivan Txeru kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Dimas to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when Chelsea Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Txeru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adan Grabiel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Txeru in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, Chelsea Football Club's Camilo Gasteiz got a free kick in the 75th minute. Osvaldo Dimas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valentin Efren. Chelsea Football Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Camilo Gasteiz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adan Grabiel, 1-2. Manuel Colas might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valentin Efren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manuel Colas ran back to his position shaking his head. After 87 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Txema. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Ezequiel Fagildo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chelsea Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Fagildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adan Grabiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 91 minutes into the game, Camilo Gasteiz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adan Grabiel. Camilo Gasteiz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. When the match was over Chelsea Football Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Boca Juniors throughout the match.
