In the 19th minute, Lennart Koekkoek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes, 庄勇常 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC米兰 and the Sheep United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes AC米兰 got a freekick which was hit by 庄勇常. The supporters of Sheep United booed when AC米兰 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. 贺卫弘 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 曹岩康 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aad van Zonderen in the 26th minute. Aad van Zonderen scored 1-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 曹岩康, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 36 minutes into the game, Aad van Zonderen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. 曹岩康 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the AC米兰 defense, Aad van Zonderen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 曹岩康. The AC米兰 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 曹岩康 should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Sheep United booed when AC米兰 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. 庞延益 didn't get a good kick on the ball.

A collision led to Sheep United getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Michael Mol hit a great ball. Douwe Gentenaar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 曹岩康 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Han Koekkoek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd match minute, AC米兰 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 庄勇常 to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Aad van Zonderen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 曹岩康 was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a rather tough play, AC米兰's 庞延益 got a free kick in the 68th minute. 曹岩康 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aad van Zonderen, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC米兰's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Douwe Gentenaar was slow to take the kick. During this time Sheep United's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Douwe Gentenaar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 曹岩康 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 75th minute Aad van Zonderen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 曹岩康 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douwe Gentenaar's late challenge caught a AC米兰's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Douwe Gentenaar helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes Sheep United got a freekick which was hit by Douwe Gentenaar. A collision led to AC米兰 getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. 韩凌宽 hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, AC米兰's goal looked a bit too open when Aad van Zonderen came free, but 曹岩康 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 曹岩康 came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Sheep United's Aad van Zonderen. But to his dismay, Aad van Zonderen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Aad van Zonderen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Aad van Zonderen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 曹岩康 was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Sheep United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
