In the 3rd minute, Carlos Augusto Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gregório Casado kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Franklin Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ivan Trindade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Trindade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fiori Souto went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 13 played minutes, Bitelon FC - SAF's Chicão Quirino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivan Trindade came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bitelon FC - SAF reached it. Esquadrão Lusitano's Ivan Trindade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fiori Souto in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Franklin Baptista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Trindade was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 24th match minute, Esquadrão Lusitano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabino Carrasqueira to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Trindade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Eduardo Bueno in the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Nelio Bombardeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilvan Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Franklin Baptista put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ivan Trindade. In the 35th minute, Luiz Eduardo Bueno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bitelon FC - SAF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 44th minute, Fiori Souto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Eduardo Bueno was the one to do the kick off. Fiori Souto took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Trindade. Ivan Trindade dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by António Carvalho during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ivan Trindade yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Ivan Trindade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Penha in the 89th minute of play. Fiori Souto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Ivan Trindade made a huge save. 96 minutes into the match, Franklin Baptista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Trindade. Esquadrão Lusitano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franklin Baptista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. When the match was over Bitelon FC - SAF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Esquadrão Lusitano throughout the match.
