Heitor Carvalhais took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Caneda. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Valente in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredo Caneda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Moisés Valentim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Canado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Figueira kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Moisés Valentim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Canado in the 24th minute of the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Mancio Rapela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caaguazu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mancio Rapela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell German Canado to make the kick off. Heitor Carvalhais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Caneda having to interfere. The supporters of Sporting Tuga FC booed when Caaguazu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gomesano Cantillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Caaguazu's zone, António Azeredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredo Caneda came out of the goal and António Azeredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moisés Valentim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valente Nieva in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Caaguazu's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Inácio Pais fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Moisés Valentim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tajo Barquerin, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Moisés Valentim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Canado in the 68th minute of the match. In the 73rd match minute, Sporting Tuga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Valente to maneuver through the defense.
