Hernani Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Urutu F.C.'s Eduardo Matta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Hector Jacaré could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Moisés Valentim made a huge save. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodrigo Galão showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Moisés Valentim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Jacaré in the 40th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolando Montoia during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rolando Montoia kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half Sporting Tuga FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hector Jacaré to make the kick off. Emanuel Valente received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rodrigo Galão came out and tried to block the shot, but Emanuel Valente slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 54th minute. Rodrigo Galão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Valente in the 92nd minute. When Eduardo Matta fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urutu F.C.'s protests and gave Eduardo Matta a yellow card for diving instead. The Urutu F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sporting Tuga FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Sporting Tuga FC.
