Spectators: 7454 (Terracing: 5591, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Olav Nydal took the kick off in the first half of the match. Olav Nydal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Dagoberto Alcalde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. KEZ Toppfotball's Frode Todnem got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Mancio Rapela fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 30 minutes into the match, Olav Nydal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dagoberto Alcalde. Caaguazu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olav Nydal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Sverre Opstad charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sverre Opstad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, KEZ Toppfotball's Sverre Opstad got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 36th match minute, KEZ Toppfotball was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gjermund Kårstad to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Aurre Belorado in the 38th minute really tested Sebastian Angvik's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Caaguazu's Baiardo Combarros got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute, Bjørnar Bach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franko Estades made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Aurre Belorado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caaguazu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurre Belorado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mancio Rapela struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Sebastian Angvik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caaguazu. Sebastian Angvik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franko Estades, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Franko Estades fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Angvik having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Caaguazu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valente Nieva to maneuver through the defense. Caaguazu's Dagoberto Alcalde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olav Nydal in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to KEZ Toppfotball getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Øyvind Bjerkan hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Sverre Opstad recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dagoberto Alcalde. Sverre Opstad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. 80 minutes into the match, KEZ Toppfotball's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Roman came free, but Sebastian Angvik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Olav Nydal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute of the match, Frode Todnem got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dagoberto Alcalde was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Caaguazu getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Tajo Barquerin hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, KEZ Toppfotball's Gjermund Kårstad got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The Caaguazu manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing KEZ Toppfotball to win.
