Quico Onterino kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. A collision led to Albigasta FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Teodosio Obeko hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Roberto Norino notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Nazario Forcat. Nazario Forcat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rocio Camerin in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Albino Sol, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 15 minutes into the match, Albigasta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guib Bravo came free, but Albino Sol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Roberto Norino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Vozmediano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rocio Camerin got free with Albino Sol in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Albigasta FC's Aaron Distiratsu got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Albigasta FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rocio Camerin to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Eustacio Salvadore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albino Sol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rocio Camerin in the 62nd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's goalkeeper Nazario Forcat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Norino. In the 70thth minute of the game Rocio Camerin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Albigasta FC's Albino Sol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dante Guridi's late challenge caught a Albigasta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dante Guridi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Albigasta FC booed when VERDOLAGA CITY FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Guridi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mauricio Tello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Albigasta FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
