Mauro Ciceron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pierre Chappelle's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Sergio Madrid sped through S.D. Bajen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ramiro Lowery. In the 27th match minute, S.D. Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Will Patrick to maneuver through the defense. Mauro Ciceron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Chappelle in the 32nd minute of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Gilberto Tiadoro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. deportivo madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Tiadoro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Val Farrell was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Sergio Madrid's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramiro Lowery was relentless in the 56th minute of the game.
