With his leg Ramiro Lowery managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Leicester Foxes Academy's Zackary Summerfield fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 17th minute, Jon Messer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Zackary Summerfield in the 19th minute really tested Ramiro Lowery's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Dominic Linkletter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre Chappelle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th match minute, Leicester Foxes Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Rayner to maneuver through the defense. In the 27thth minute of the game Pierre Chappelle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leicester Foxes Academy's Dominic Linkletter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stew Little struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Ramiro Lowery didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leicester Foxes Academy. Dominic Linkletter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Val Farrell's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 31st match minute, Leicester Foxes Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kyle Ackroyd to maneuver through the defense. S.D. Bajen's Ramiro Lowery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save S.D. Bajen from getting a goal against them. After having played for 36 minutes, Alfred Rayner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leicester Foxes Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfred Rayner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bajen's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marty Bostock 46 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Val Farrell to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of S.D. Bajen booed when Leicester Foxes Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddie Read didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Val Farrell in the 56th minute of play forced Leicester Foxes Academy's goalkeeper Dominic Linkletter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kyle Ackroyd's late challenge caught a S.D. Bajen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kyle Ackroyd helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes Leicester Foxes Academy got a freekick which was hit by Kyle Ackroyd. Monroe Russell hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Leicester Foxes Academy's Zackary Summerfield broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in S.D. Bajen's zone, Zackary Summerfield stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Lowery came out of the goal and Zackary Summerfield tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 74 played minutes Leicester Foxes Academy got a freekick which was hit by Leroy Button. In the 75th minute, Val Farrell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Zackary Summerfield came free, but Ramiro Lowery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Rodd Newlyn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leicester Foxes Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave S.D. Bajen the free kick. In the 90th match minute, Leicester Foxes Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodd Newlyn to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Val Farrell in the 94th minute of play forced Leicester Foxes Academy's goalkeeper Dominic Linkletter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Leicester Foxes Academy had played much better football throughout.
