Spectators: 7486 (Terracing: 5615, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thomas Lauridsen started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, AB Tårnby's Thomas Lauridsen got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 7 played minutes GORNIK PIASKI got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Szotek. After a rather tough play, GORNIK PIASKI's Edgar Szotek got a free kick in the 16th minute. GORNIK PIASKI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Thomas Lauridsen scored to the left of an out of position Ryszard Pyrtek, making the score, 1-0. Al Birkestrøm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franciszek Nieuzyla in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of GORNIK PIASKI booed when AB Tårnby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morten Hjulmand didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clas Gothardt during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 played minutes AB Tårnby got a freekick which was hit by Clas Gothardt. After a rather tough play, AB Tårnby's Clas Gothardt got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute Arkadiusz Jaroszewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Al Birkestrøm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 played minutes AB Tårnby got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Lauridsen. After having played for 45 minutes, Morten Hjulmand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AB Tårnby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Morten Hjulmand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franciszek Nieuzyla made a kick off. After 65 minutes of play, GORNIK PIASKI's Arkadiusz Jaroszewicz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Al Birkestrøm was left in no man's land by his defense there! Franciszek Nieuzyla in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Al Birkestrøm, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 71 minutes into the game, Volmar Wharja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AB Tårnby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GORNIK PIASKI the free kick. In the 71st minute, Volmar Wharja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Arkadiusz Jaroszewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. GORNIK PIASKI's supporters rose to their feet, but Arkadiusz Jaroszewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Al Birkestrøm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd match minute, AB Tårnby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Rothborg to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st match minute, GORNIK PIASKI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arkadiusz Jaroszewicz to maneuver through the defense. A throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game was made by Edgar Szotek with Edgar Dytrych as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Al Birkestrøm came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by GORNIK PIASKI's Franciszek Nieuzyla. But to his dismay, Franciszek Nieuzyla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.
