The Les diables noirs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kevan Grange should have stopped the shot. Moïse Ganivet hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Valentin Asserlindh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfried Lépinay, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. When Alfons Gabrielsson came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the FF Små Gröna Män fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfons Gabrielsson couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, Eddie Knutsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kevan Grange. Les diables noirs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eddie Knutsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Kevan Grange showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddie Knutsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Eymeric Laguerre hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Wilfried Lépinay made a precise shot to the right of Valentin Asserlindh. FF Små Gröna Män's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Kevan Grange was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kevan Grange came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by FF Små Gröna Män's Eddie Knutsson. But to his dismay, Eddie Knutsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 43rd minute Alfons Gabrielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevan Grange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevan Grange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons Gabrielsson in the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eddie Knutsson was the one to do the kick off. If Eddie Knutsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute Gustave Pierrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Asserlindh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfons Gabrielsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Eddie Knutsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kevan Grange. Les diables noirs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eddie Knutsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Kevan Grange came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by FF Små Gröna Män's Eddie Knutsson. But to his dismay, Eddie Knutsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfried Lépinay in the 84th minute of play forced FF Små Gröna Män's goalkeeper Valentin Asserlindh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Les diables noirs's Kevan Grange proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Les diables noirs from getting a goal against them. After having played for 91 minutes, Eddie Knutsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FF Små Gröna Män's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eddie Knutsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Les diables noirs's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Knutsson came free, but Kevan Grange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Les diables noirs fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FF Små Gröna Män were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
