Spectators: 7528 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Wambalamba FC's João Paulo Chaves started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Wambalamba FC's Ronaldão da Cunha got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute Dário Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevan Grange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevan Grange showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dário Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Fabien Dol charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabien Dol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Les diables noirs's Fabien Dol got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, Moïse Ganivet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dário Diniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kevan Grange was a little too slow when Dário Diniz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Wilfried Lépinay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Paulo Chaves in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kevan Grange prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Gustave Pierrel came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Les diables noirs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustave Pierrel couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Gustave Pierrel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Les diables noirs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

João Pedro dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfried Lépinay in the 58th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Wilfried Lépinay got away a dangerous shot. Despite this João Pedro dos Santos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 61st minute, Jean-Yves Paturel made a precise shot to the right of João Pedro dos Santos. Wambalamba FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Moïse Ganivet hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. João Pedro dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfried Lépinay in the 72nd minute of play. If Dinei Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, João Paulo Chaves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Les diables noirs's goal looked a bit too open when João Paulo Chaves came free, but Kevan Grange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Les diables noirs booed when Wambalamba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dário Diniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustave Pierrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevan Grange didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Wambalamba FC's João Paulo Chaves shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Dário Diniz scored 3-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kevan Grange, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Les diables noirs players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Wambalamba FC.
