Spectators: 7510 (Terracing: 5633, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Gualterio Niguel succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 3rd playminute. Jacobo Rameriz had several of the Wambalamba FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 6 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed João Pedro dos Santos as he didn't even see the shot coming. Atilano Pirmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinei Goiano in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacobo Rameriz in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro dos Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dário Diniz kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes Wambalamba FC got a freekick which was hit by João Paulo Chaves. After having played for 27 minutes, Jacobo Rameriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Medievales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacobo Rameriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacobo Rameriz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Gualterio Niguel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Pedro dos Santos. Gualterio Niguel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Wambalamba FC's Dinei Goiano got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gualterio Niguel made a kick off. In the 56th minute João Paulo Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Pirmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Pedro dos Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Rameriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Paulo Chaves struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Atilano Pirmin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wambalamba FC. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Medievales's zone, Dário Diniz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilano Pirmin came out of the goal and Dário Diniz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobo Rameriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Pedro dos Santos having to interfere. Atilano Pirmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinei Goiano in the 79th minute of play. João Pedro dos Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacobo Rameriz's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. The audience was convinced that Andres Tauro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Pedro dos Santos was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. A collision led to Wambalamba FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Zézinho Rosado hit a great ball. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wambalamba FC's goalkeeper João Pedro dos Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Deportivo Medievales booed when Wambalamba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel Carioca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santo Orti charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santo Orti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Deportivo Medievales got a freekick which was hit by Santo Orti. A collision led to Deportivo Medievales getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Santo Orti hit a great ball.
