The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Raoul Levy put in a rough tackle. When Luis Oxel came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Mi querida Fabiola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Oxel couldn't finish the play. Moïse Ganivet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Filipo having to interfere. Fabio Filipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustave Pierrel in the 39th minute of the match. Mi querida Fabiola's Fabio Filipo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustave Pierrel in the 52nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gustave Pierrel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Filipo was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Les diables noirs's Kevan Grange played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Eufemio in the 55th minute of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Froilan Birila kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Les diables noirs's goalkeeper Kevan Grange had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Mark. The supporters of Mi querida Fabiola booed when Les diables noirs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabien Dol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes Mi querida Fabiola got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Mark. After a defensive mix-up in Mi querida Fabiola's zone, Gustave Pierrel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Filipo came out of the goal and Gustave Pierrel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute Moïse Ganivet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Filipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustave Pierrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Filipo having to interfere. Fabio Filipo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustave Pierrel's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Les diables noirs were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
