Luciano Zayas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frank Lundhberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. In the 12th minute, Luciano Rosario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of BK Värdsholmen booed when Rapsodas Red Devils FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Vitores didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Rapsodas Red Devils FC's zone, Oskar Wenerdahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luciano Zayas came out of the goal and Oskar Wenerdahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 played minutes BK Värdsholmen got a freekick which was hit by Peder Månsson. Frank Lundhberg hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Eddie Alström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berenguer Gostioz in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Elliot Söderberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christer Termander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Zayas having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Rapsodas Red Devils FC got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Rosario. In the 34th minute, Peder Månsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Berenguer Gostioz made a precise shot to the right of Eddie Alström. BK Värdsholmen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Eddie Alström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Aviñante in the 39th minute of play. Rapsodas Red Devils FC were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after BK Värdsholmen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joaquin Vitores took the corner. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Luciano Rosario made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the BK Värdsholmen defense, Miguel Abuelo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eddie Alström. The BK Värdsholmen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eddie Alström should have stopped the shot. Luciano Zayas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christer Termander's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Luciano Rosario recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eddie Alström. Luciano Rosario showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 73rd minute, Berenguer Gostioz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Abuelo's late challenge caught a BK Värdsholmen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Abuelo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rapsodas Red Devils FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Miguel Abuelo hit a great ball. Eddie Alström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Abuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Jacobo Pintado scored 1-5 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eddie Alström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
