Cássio Britto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Gil de Medeiros made a huge save. The supporters of Nautilus booed when New Loser FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Paulo Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gil de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgílio Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Gil de Medeiros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cássio Britto went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Michel de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Gil de Medeiros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Virgílio Diniz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Virgílio Diniz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Nautilus's Gil de Medeiros. Gil de Medeiros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gil de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Sandrinho Xavier recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gil de Medeiros. Sandrinho Xavier showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Nautilus's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Luís Paulo Nogueira scored to the left of an out of position Gil de Medeiros, making the score, 5-0. Gil de Medeiros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luís Paulo Nogueira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 36 minute of play. Evaristo Guimarães might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gil de Medeiros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evaristo Guimarães ran back to his position shaking his head. 40 minutes into the match, Nautilus's goalkeeper Gil de Medeiros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cássio Britto. Cássio Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Richard Ferreira was the one to do the kick off. Cássio Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Luís Paulo Nogueira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New Loser FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. 56 minutes into the match, Nautilus's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Paulo Nogueira came free, but Gil de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederico Souto hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Gil de Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Paulo Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the game, New Loser FC's Virgílio Diniz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gil de Medeiros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. 73 minutes into the game, Luís Paulo Nogueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Gil de Medeiros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Virgílio Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Gil de Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo Nogueira in the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Sandrinho Xavier notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Nautilus's Gil de Medeiros. Gil de Medeiros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gil de Medeiros came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by New Loser FC's Luís Paulo Nogueira. But to his dismay, Luís Paulo Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. Andrea Shevchenko scored 14-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gil de Medeiros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrea Shevchenko in the 95th minute of play forced Nautilus's goalkeeper Gil de Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
