Julian Goodwick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Abuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Jo Timiney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Luciano Zayas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jo Timiney. In the 16th match minute, T H F C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmy Hanson to maneuver through the defense. Berenguer Gostioz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of T H F C booed when Rapsodas Red Devils FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Pintado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jo Timiney might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luciano Zayas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jo Timiney ran back to his position shaking his head. 29 minutes into the match, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Luciano Zayas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jo Timiney. Luciano Zayas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimmy Hanson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Nevada Melendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Goodwick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Zayas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmy Hanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Jo Timiney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Zayas having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luciano Rosario made a kick off. In the 50th match minute, T H F C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jo Timiney to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, T H F C's Julian Goodwick got control of the ball when Miguel Abuelo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute, Jo Timiney left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The T H F C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After some careless play in the Rapsodas Red Devils FC defense, Jimmy Hanson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luciano Zayas. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luciano Zayas should have stopped the shot. Julian Goodwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Abuelo in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to T H F C getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Kris Renner hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Hanson in the 72nd minute of play forced Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Luciano Zayas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basil Rushforth's late challenge caught a Rapsodas Red Devils FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basil Rushforth helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes T H F C got a freekick which was hit by Basil Rushforth. Berenguer Gostioz charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berenguer Gostioz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Jimmy Hanson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
