Spectators: 7640 (Terracing: 5731, Seating: 1757, VIP seats: 152) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luís Paulo Nogueira kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Oskar Wenerdahl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Värdsholmen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave New Loser FC the free kick. The supporters of New Loser FC booed when BK Värdsholmen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Wenerdahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 played minutes New Loser FC got a freekick which was hit by Sandrinho Xavier. Elliot Söderberg kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Eddie Alström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. New Loser FC's Eliseu Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eskil Nordin in the 14th minute of play. BK Värdsholmen's Frank Lundhberg got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Allan Öfverman kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match Alex Simões sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eddie Alström skillfully saved the ball. In the 32nd minute, Virgílio Diniz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. BK Värdsholmen's Eddie Alström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save BK Värdsholmen from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cássio Britto in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eddie Alström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, BK Värdsholmen's Christer Termander got a free kick in the 39th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cássio Britto got free with Eddie Alström in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Lundhberg to make the kick off. After 50 minutes, Frank Lundhberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BK Värdsholmen and the New Loser FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 50 played minutes BK Värdsholmen got a freekick which was hit by Frank Lundhberg. Alex Simões took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 51st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eddie Alström. BK Värdsholmen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 52nd minute Frank Lundhberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Negri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, New Loser FC's Duarte Azevedo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Duarte Azevedo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of New Loser FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Duarte Azevedo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. During the 57th minute of the match Oskar Wenerdahl completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Oskar Wenerdahl a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Eddie Alström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Paulo Nogueira's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 70th match minute, BK Värdsholmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Linus Lindgren to maneuver through the defense. The attack was good, but when Virgílio Diniz in the 73rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Elliot Söderberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. New Loser FC's Andrea Shevchenko was substituted for Cássio Britto. Luís Paulo Nogueira's late challenge caught a BK Värdsholmen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Paulo Nogueira helped the player get up and apologised. Luís Paulo Nogueira hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, BK Värdsholmen's Jan-Erik Wästerberg got a free kick in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo Nogueira in the 94th minute of play forced BK Värdsholmen's goalkeeper Eddie Alström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Paulo Nogueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eddie Alström having to make a save.
