Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rodrigo Casado kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Sílvio Azenha notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC DNV Bratiskava's Matúš Krajíček. Matúš Krajíček was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valadas's Henrique Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomáš Dano in the 6th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Marek Kríž was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC DNV Bratiskava's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valadas the free kick. After 14 played minutes FC DNV Bratiskava got a freekick which was hit by Marek Kríž. If Dimas Bravo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ladislav Zilka hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Henrique Freitas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pavol Repa in the 21st minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Sílvio Azenha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valadas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sílvio Azenha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armindo Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matúš Krajíček made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Azenha in the 34th minute of play. If Rodrigo Casado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes Valadas got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Casado. Dimas Bravo might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matúš Krajíček. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dimas Bravo ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marek Kríž stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Torcato Taborda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of FC DNV Bratiskava booed when Valadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Malheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sílvio Azenha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matúš Krajíček having to interfere. Dušan Jankech charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dušan Jankech the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dušan Jankech kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Marek Kríž sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Casado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matúš Krajíček having to make a save. The supporters of FC DNV Bratiskava booed when Valadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Malheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodrigo Casado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute, Tomáš Dano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute, Marek Kríž ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrique Freitas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 82 minutes into the game, Dimas Bravo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matúš Krajíček. Dimas Bravo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Henrique Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Kríž in the 86th minute of the match. Tomáš Dano scored 3-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrique Freitas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Matúš Krajíček showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Casado, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Valadas's Sílvio Azenha got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC DNV Bratiskava's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
