After a rather tough play, Rossoneri XI's Vidar Eliasson got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Knut Bergdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guerau Abeijon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Rossoneri XI's goal looked a bit too open when Martino Abancens came free, but Knut Bergdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martino Abancens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Martino Abancens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Knut Bergdal was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 93rd match minute, Rossoneri XI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Ove Bergendahl to maneuver through the defense. The Rossoneri XI supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rossoneri XI would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
