Spectators: 7604 (Terracing: 5704, Seating: 1749, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Algirdas Brazauskas started the match with the kick off. If Algirdas Brazauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Algirdas Brazauskas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Mădălin Buzgar made a huge save. In the 14th minute, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Matei Ghionescu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Matei Ghionescu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Matei Ghionescu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt! Mădălin Buzgar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Algirdas Brazauskas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 28 minute of play. Ramūnas Budraitis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mădălin Buzgar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Algirdas Brazauskas had several of the FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 35 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Mădălin Buzgar as he didn't even see the shot coming. Mădălin Buzgar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramūnas Budraitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Costache stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gigi Unchiaşu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 54thth minute of the game Alfredas Malakauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Mădălin Buzgar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 61 minutes of play, FC COSA NOSTRA's Alfredas Malakauskas made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mădălin Buzgar was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the match, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Ramūnas Budraitis came free, but Mădălin Buzgar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mădălin Buzgar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algirdas Brazauskas in the 67th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Algirdas Brazauskas in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mădălin Buzgar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jonas Girnius came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the FC COSA NOSTRA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Girnius couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the game, FC COSA NOSTRA's Algirdas Brazauskas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mădălin Buzgar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Martin Costache managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Costache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miglius Beržinis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd match minute, FC COSA NOSTRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramūnas Budraitis to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the match, Algirdas Brazauskas notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Mădălin Buzgar. Mădălin Buzgar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 92ndth minute of the game Algirdas Brazauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Mădălin Buzgar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mădălin Buzgar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredas Malakauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Ramūnas Budraitis made a precise shot to the right of Mădălin Buzgar. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0.
