Cipriano Maore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The supporters of SAPRIMECKBEL booed when Defensores del Albinegro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Ofelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cipriano Maore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Saborio in the 46th minute of play. The tension between the Defensores del Albinegro and the SAPRIMECKBEL players grew even worse after the yellow card. SAPRIMECKBEL's Rodolfo Wanchope was substituted for Ruben Zamora. The coaching staff of Defensores del Albinegro protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Efrain Atauri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.
