Maximo Calixto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Fernado, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Apolo Huly was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.JORGOVAN the free kick. In the 20th minute, Apolo Huly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 minutes, Justo Guerrero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE and the C.A.JORGOVAN players grew even worse after the yellow card. Justo Guerrero hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Segundo Olando hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute Apolo Huly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Calixto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute Lorenzo Fernado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Calixto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaime Bero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Fero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the C.A.JORGOVAN defense, Apolo Huly kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximo Calixto. The C.A.JORGOVAN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximo Calixto should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Apolo Huly in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximo Calixto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximo Calixto came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Lorenzo Fernado. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Fernado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Lorenzo Fernado managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenzo Fernado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Calixto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simon Malvin made a kick off. With his leg Maximo Calixto managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Lorenzo Fernado fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Apolo Huly took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Maximo Calixto to make any attempt to save it. Apolo Huly struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Maximo Calixto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Etxepare in the 59th minute of play forced C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's goalkeeper Jaime Bero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Apolo Huly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Calixto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Huly in the 64th minute of play. Jaime Bero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Gasteiz in the 66th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Maximo Calixto threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Apolo Huly, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lorenzo Fernado had several of the C.A.JORGOVAN's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 71 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Maximo Calixto as he didn't even see the shot coming. C.A.JORGOVAN made a substitution. Clemente Dabi replaced Angel Medero. Apolo Huly kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Maximo Calixto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Huly, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The supporters of C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE booed when C.A.JORGOVAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Etxepare didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Apolo Huly fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Maximo Calixto, passed just outside the right post. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Apolo Huly took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Maximo Calixto to make any attempt to save it. In the 90th minute, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Apolo Huly dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.JORGOVAN's zone, Apolo Huly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Calixto came out of the goal and Apolo Huly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
