The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Pannekoeken got a freekick which was hit by Floris Abbenbroek. After 10 played minutes, Pannekoeken's Harold Breugel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Konrad Petersson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pannekoeken reached it. With a little luck, Eleven Nation Army's Konrad Petersson got control of the ball when Martien Crans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Martien Crans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Konrad Petersson made a huge save. Konrad Petersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hendrik-Jan Oude Kamphuis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jan Kuiper fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pannekoeken's protests and gave Jan Kuiper a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Pannekoeken's Jan Kuiper got a free kick in the 16th minute. Aleksander Brander struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. René Batum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eleven Nation Army. Floris Abbenbroek kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. René Batum didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wiktor Jakobsson went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. René Batum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Brander in the 29th minute of play. When Pannekoeken's Hendrik-Jan Oude Kamphuis in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eleven Nation Army's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35th minute, Jan Kuiper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Pannekoeken defense, Harry Thedin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of René Batum. The Pannekoeken fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that René Batum should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martien Crans during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Martien Crans kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Thedin in the 44th minute of play forced Pannekoeken's goalkeeper René Batum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Harry Thedin made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Pannekoeken's goalkeeper René Batum had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry Thedin. Konrad Petersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martien Crans in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Hendrik-Jan Oude Kamphuis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Konrad Petersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martien Crans in the 62nd minute of play forced Eleven Nation Army's goalkeeper Konrad Petersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konrad Petersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hendrik-Jan Oude Kamphuis in the 69th minute of play. Martien Crans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th match minute, Pannekoeken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harold Breugel to maneuver through the defense. After 88 played minutes Pannekoeken got a freekick which was hit by Leon Schoonmaker. René Batum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Jakobsson in the 91st minute of the match. Eleven Nation Army's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
