Zdzislaw Waselewicz's late challenge caught a FC Blueskatterna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zdzislaw Waselewicz helped the player get up and apologised. Zdzislaw Waselewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Blueskatterna's Sigvard Björk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zachary Pracki. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. 21 minutes into the match, KS LEW Chorzów's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Glanselius came free, but Zachary Pracki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Pelle Kalfhage managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Blueskatterna's supporters rose to their feet, but Pelle Kalfhage was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zachary Pracki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wojciech Kajder kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Sigvard Björk came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the FC Blueskatterna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sigvard Björk couldn't finish the play. In the 36th match minute, KS LEW Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tymoteusz Gejda to maneuver through the defense. Zachary Pracki made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Sigvard Björk sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucjan Nowacki made a kick off. Lucjan Nowacki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Christian Drewitz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Roger Glanselius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachary Pracki having to interfere. When Cezary Adamus fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KS LEW Chorzów's protests and gave Cezary Adamus a yellow card for diving instead. Cezary Adamus kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Pelle Kalfhage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachary Pracki having to interfere. A collision led to KS LEW Chorzów getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Stefan Hodyl hit a great ball. Karl-Oskar Back recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. KS LEW Chorzów's Zdzislaw Waselewicz got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Zdzislaw Waselewicz off the ground. A collision led to KS LEW Chorzów getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Zdzislaw Waselewicz hit a great ball. FC Blueskatterna's Christian Drewitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save FC Blueskatterna from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes into the match, FC Blueskatterna's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Winnicki came free, but Christian Drewitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Oskar Back in the 81st minute of play forced KS LEW Chorzów's goalkeeper Zachary Pracki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Molander hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. The supporters of KS LEW Chorzów booed when FC Blueskatterna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Oskar Back didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Drewitz was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Lucjan Nowacki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucjan Nowacki really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. FC Blueskatterna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Lucjan Nowacki scored to the left of an out of position Christian Drewitz, making the score, 1-2. The FC Blueskatterna manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing KS LEW Chorzów to win.
