Spectators: 7472 (Terracing: 5605, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Russell Davison got the match started through his kick off. Rex Marler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose-Manuel Benítez, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Rex Marler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garci Macho in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to Arrows Academy FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Damion Sparkes hit a great ball. Arrows Academy FC's Rex Marler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garci Macho in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's Damion Sparkes got a free kick in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Michel Cerreri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rex Marler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rex Marler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Cerreri, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute Michel Cerreri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rex Marler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Arrows Academy FC defense, Andrés Nadal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rex Marler. The Arrows Academy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rex Marler should have stopped the shot. 39 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Cerreri came free, but Rex Marler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Roche's late challenge caught a AGT Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Roche helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th match minute, Arrows Academy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Roche to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Garci Macho came free, but Rex Marler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rex Marler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garci Macho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's Kurt Boyce got a free kick in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garci Macho in the 46th minute of play forced Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper Rex Marler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half AGT Team were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michel Cerreri to make the kick off. Rex Marler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Cerreri in the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, Andrés Nadal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Rex Marler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rex Marler came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by AGT Team's Leonardo Roig. But to his dismay, Leonardo Roig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 60 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Cerreri came free, but Rex Marler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Roig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rex Marler having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ion Palomar got free with Rex Marler in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arrows Academy FC's Rex Marler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Arrows Academy FC from getting a goal against them. The referee felt a red card was in order, 75 minutes into the game, when Damion Sparkes put in a rough tackle. Jose-Manuel Benítez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ion Palomar got free with Rex Marler in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the game, Andrés Nadal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Rex Marler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's Kurt Boyce got a free kick in the 86th minute. Jose-Manuel Benítez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Rex Marler made a huge save. 89 minutes into the game, AGT Team's Ion Palomar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rex Marler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's Simon Roche got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The Arrows Academy FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AGT Team were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
