Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Heriberto Walton successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Heriberto Walton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdulkerim Sebat went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute Vancouver Reds were awarded a corner. Kurt McCauley went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Vancouver Reds's corner Kurt McCauley fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ahmet İlke Aymaz quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Vancouver Reds's Heriberto Walton got control of the ball when Arif Gaffar Malgır tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arif Gaffar Malgır succeeded in the game's 27th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. Heriberto Walton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bircan Tapgaç in the 30th minute of the match. Thanh Dodd hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Heriberto Walton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bircan Tapgaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Anatolia FC booed when Vancouver Reds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thanh Dodd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heriberto Walton was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arif Gaffar Malgır. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Abdulkerim Sebat took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Heriberto Walton to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdulkerim Sebat to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Arif Gaffar Malgır cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Heriberto Walton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jarrett Poirier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Ahmet İlke Aymaz made a huge save. After 61 played minutes Vancouver Reds got a freekick which was hit by Lucien Wiley. Vancouver Reds's Heriberto Walton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akay Eskicioğlu in the 64th minute of play. Heriberto Walton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Gaffar Malgır, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. There was no doubt that Anatolia FC were the better team. Anatolia FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
