An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Jurdan in the 21st minute of play forced Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Vilhelm Ek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils-Åke Billvall scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Prospero Bikendi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 32 played minutes Hockeysnubbarnas BK got a freekick which was hit by Pål Håkansson. In the 33rd match minute, eDp! Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Vilhelm Ek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Oton in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
