Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) Rasnita's Gelu Tăzlăuanu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Pogoń Staszów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Czeslaw Filipkowski to maneuver through the defense. Waldemar Dulka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gelu Tăzlăuanu in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Pogoń Staszów getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Tobiasz Debkowski hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Rasnita's Iordache Dobre got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 27th minute Gelu Tăzlăuanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Dulka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 minutes of play, Rasnita's Gelu Tăzlăuanu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waldemar Dulka was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gelu Tăzlăuanu in the 34th minute of play forced Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Waldemar Dulka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute of the match, Matei Boldișor got a very nice opportunity to score, but Waldemar Dulka was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Pogoń Staszów's Waldemar Dulka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Pogoń Staszów from getting a goal against them. Waldemar Dulka was a little too slow when Gelu Tăzlăuanu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 4-0. Matei Boldișor who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Waldemar Dulka when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 46th minute, Vali Ionaș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Waldemar Siwek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Waldemar Dulka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gelu Tăzlăuanu's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Wawrzyniec Borkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pogoń Staszów's supporters rose to their feet, but Wawrzyniec Borkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gigel Bobeica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Staszów's Zachary Majorski got a free kick in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the Pogoń Staszów defense, Matei Boldișor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waldemar Dulka. The Pogoń Staszów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waldemar Dulka should have stopped the shot. In the 70th match minute, Pogoń Staszów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachary Majorski to maneuver through the defense. In the 71stth minute of the game Gelu Tăzlăuanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pogoń Staszów's Waldemar Dulka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wieslaw Rutkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Waldemar Dulka came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Rasnita's Gelu Tăzlăuanu. But to his dismay, Gelu Tăzlăuanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Waldemar Dulka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matei Boldișor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gelu Tăzlăuanu took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldemar Dulka. Waldemar Dulka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. In the 87th minute Matei Boldișor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Dulka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Matei Boldișor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rasnita had played much better football throughout.
